In the following Information Classic Memorabilia will be referred to as Classic Memorabilia.

You are only authorized to access this site or to use the materials contained in this site if you agree to abide by all applicable laws, and to these terms of use.which constitute an agreement between you and Classic Memorabilia.

Access and use to all materials contained in this site are protected by international trademark and copyright laws and must only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means that you may only view or download material from this site for your own personal use. The reproduction, duplication, distribution (including by way of email, facsimile or other electronic means), publication, modification, copying or transmission of material from this site is strictly prohibited unless you have obtained the prior written consent of Classic Memorabilia.
The material covered by this prohibition includes, without any limitation, any text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio or video material or stills from audiovisual material available on this site. The use of materials from this site on any other web site or networked computer environment is similarly prohibited. Requests for permission to reproduce or distribute materials found on this site can be made by contacting Classic Memorabilia.
The memorabilia and products on this site are predominately owned by Classic Memorabilia Pty.Ltd.

Disclaimer of Liability and Warranties

While Classic Memorabilia does its best to ensure the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site and rely on material contained in this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Classic Memorabilia is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.

All products are described in the best manner possible and all signed products are Guaranteed to be 100% Authentic and come with a certificate of Authenticity.

Termination

Classic Memorabilia reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time if Classic Memorabilia decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or any relevant rule or regulation you have engaged in conduct that Classic Memorabilia considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable.

General Terms

Merchandise will always remain the property of Classic Memorabilia until all monies due on that merchandise is paid in full.

Our pricing and availability is always subject to change without notice.

All deposits and payments received by Classic Memorabilia cannot be transferred from one order to another.

The term "deposit" is defined as 25% or where applicable 35% of the invoice total.

All references to currency are in AUD $ - Australian Dollars.

Goods and Services tax (GST) are payable on any good or service purchased in Australia at a rate of 10%. All goods sold on the Classic Memorabilia site include GST in the prices.

Please note that if paying by personal cheque, funds must clear before merchandise is posted. Cheques and Australia Post Money Orders shall be made payable to Classic Memorabilia.
Payments for purchases, must be received by Classic Memorabilia within 10 working days of confirmation unless prior arrangements have been made.
The buyer must be the holder of a valid Visa, MasterCard.

International Buyers

We only accept the following methods of payment for international buyers.

Please note that all prices are in Australian Dollars. We bill in AUD$ only.

Postage, Packaging & Insurance

Merchandise will be shipped by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers/TNT Couriers, depending on the area and size of the package. Items are always packed together.
If you want your package insured we can quote you on an individual basis before charging or despatching parcel. We are proud of our packaging and use only good materials to protect your purchase.
International orders will be posted utilising Australia Post Air Mail. Rates will be calculated on the current rates as charged by Australia Post plus any packaging costs.
Postal rates and charges as quoted are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping as we have no control over the parcel once it leaves our premises. International Postage rates can be viewed at http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp

Lay-by Terms and Conditions

- 8 week lay-by service.
-A minimum transaction of $100.
- Sale items may be placed on lay-by unless otherwise stated

- A 25% lay-by deposit required when order is placed.
- Lay-by must be finalised by the due date.
- Regular fortnightly payments are required.
- If the lay-by is cancelled by you within the lay-by period then all monies will be refunded minus 50% of the initial deposit as an administration fee.
- If you fail to make payments and/or do not finalise your lay-by by the due date (without contacting us to arrange an extension) your lay-by will be cancelled, stock will be returned to the store and you will forfeit the deposit

- Individual items will not be separated from a lay-by until final payment has been received.
- Once payments are received you will receive email confirmation outlining the payment made and lay-by balance due.
- Once you receive your items the normal Refund/Exchange policy applies.

- All items remain the property of Classic Memorabilia until final payment has been received.

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not normally accept returns or give refunds simply because you have changed your mind. In the event that we do accept a return the shipping costs from you to us will not be refunded. We should be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will then instruct you on what to do.

With International customers the additional postage costs are non refundable.

Orders

Discounts are available on volume orders to Wholesale customers, Major Collectors, Re- sellers and Fundraisers.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers, are available in various denominations for the purchase of any in stock. Gift vouchers are only available from and to use with PayPal until further notice.
Please Note: Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash or any other form of payment.
